The best rest stop so far! There was a free museum of native artifacts and history of the region, a map of bigfoot sightings, yes folks, we are in bigfoot country and might meet one up close and personal, and a giant sculpture of Paul Bunyan and anatomically correct Babe for your viewing pleasure.

A little off the beaten path we visited "Fern Gully" a place where people actually lived in the trees to save them from being cut down. We couldn't find a way in to see the trees but were told that they were behind this school.
